Who we are

This website, pensus.io, is operated by iHub digital solutions LTD, a company registered in Cyprus ("iHub", "we", "us"). iHub is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers the marketing website only. The Pensus platform itself is operated for each pension fund under a separate agreement, and that fund is the controller of the data held about its members.

What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the demo request form: your name, fund or company, role, work email, optional phone number, what you would like to see and any message you add. We also record the language of the page you used, your IP address and the time of submission.

The retirement calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include your IP address, the pages requested, the time and your browser type. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking scripts.

The demo request page is the one exception. It loads Google reCAPTCHA, which tells a person apart from an automated submission and is the only reason we can accept a form without a login. reCAPTCHA loads on that page alone, sets its own cookies and sends Google your IP address and how you interacted with the page. Google acts as an independent controller for that data under the Google Privacy Policy.

If you would rather not use reCAPTCHA, do not use the form: write to us at the address below and we will answer the same way.

Why we process it

We use the demo request data to respond to your request and to arrange and follow up a demonstration. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We use server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available.

How long we keep it

Demo request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting commercial discussion, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is signed. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Demo request data is stored on infrastructure operated by iHub or by hosting providers acting under our instructions. The reCAPTCHA check on the demo page shares your IP address and interaction data with Google, as described above. We may share data with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or the supervisory authority in your country.
