The pension fund platform
Pension funds, run with care.
Pensus is the platform occupational pension and provident funds run on. Contributions, investments, loans, leavers and statements live in one place, the fund is checked every night, and members get a portal they actually open.
- Single and multi-employer funds
- English and Greek
- Portals for members and employers

- automated checks run on the fund every night
- 10
- statements every member can download as PDF
- 4
- pairs of eyes on every movement of money
- 2
- ways in, for the fund office, employers and members

Why Pensus
Less chasing. Fewer phone calls. A month-end that closes.
Most funds are run on a ledger, a folder of spreadsheets and a lot of email. Pensus replaces the spreadsheets and most of the email.
- 01
Automate the routine
Payroll files are validated before they post, distributions are calculated per plan, and every night the fund is scanned for missing contributions, unpaid loans and stale valuations.
- 02
Control what matters
Contributions, loans, plan switches and profile changes wait for a second person to approve them. Every decision is recorded with who made it and when.
- 03
Show members where they stand
Members see their pot, their plan, their loan and what they are likely to retire on, in English or Greek, without calling the fund to ask.
Who it is for
One platform, three ways in
The fund office, each participating employer and every member sign in to the same platform and see only what is theirs.

The month-end close that ticks itself.
Every night Pensus checks the fund the way a careful administrator would: a missing contribution month, a member left out of a run, a loan in arrears, a leaver not yet paid, a plan without a current valuation. Each finding gets a severity and an owner, and the month-end checklist on the dashboard ticks itself as the work gets done.
- Ten checks across contributions, loans, membership and valuation
- Critical, high, medium and low, with a trend and a forecast
- Acknowledge, resolve or dismiss, with the history kept
- Thresholds tuned to your fund's rules

For members
The questions members phone about, answered on screen.
What is my pot worth? What will I retire on? Which plan am I in, and is it right for my age? How much do I still owe on my loan? Members see the answers on their own dashboard, download their statements, and request a loan or a plan switch without filling in a form.

What could a pension pot pay each month?
The same projection members see in the portal: in today's money, in a good year and a bad one, set against two-thirds of salary.
